Who they are

Dr Kam Karimore is the police pathologist played by Manjinder Virk in the Series 18–19 period. Habeas Corpus is the first episode in her published cast record here. She follows Kate Wilding as the police pathologist and works in John Barnaby’s investigative world, bringing the capable, forthright presence described in the existing character file. Her role is a specialist one: she contributes medical findings to an investigation whose witness interviews and wider judgments remain the responsibility of the detectives.

The distinction between those kinds of evidence helps explain why a recurring pathologist matters.
